An established people-development business wanted to reimagine its business model and explore what AI could bring to an offering with a 30-year history. Our work connected that strategic question with a new customer interface and product direction.
My contribution
- Worked with the team through strategic workshops to explore the business model.
- Helped shape a new customer interface and product offering.
- Connected AI opportunities with the goals of simpler adoption and a new revenue stream.
Context
The opportunity was to give an established offering a new place in the market. Introducing AI was part of a wider question about how the business could evolve its products and how customers would experience them.
Approach and decisions
We began with strategic workshops to reimagine the business model. We then extended that work into the design of a new customer interface and an AI-powered layer for the product offering.
Result
The work developed a new product direction and customer experience. We built the product from the ground up, and it is now live. Simpler adoption, renewed relevance and a new revenue stream were the intended business outcomes shaping the design.
